The Club runs a number of teams in various leagues for players of all levels of chess ability.

The First Team currently plays in the Yorkshire Chess Association League, IM Brown Division.

The Second Team currently plays in the YCA League Silver Rook Division.

The Junior Team plays in the YJCA AG Sunderland Cup.

All of the above teams play on a Saturday afternoon. The Club also has two Evening League Teams which play home matches on a Monday evening.

Both of the Evening League teams currently play in the Huddersfield Evening League. One plays in the Watkinson Trophy section and the other in the Huddersfield Examiner Handicap section.
